Amrita Bose an interdisciplinary artist and her primary focus is in mixed media such as watercolor, oil, , and found materials/objects. Her visual language is heavily influenced by her background in STEM and her fascination (or borderline obsession) with film, interior design, sociology, and psychology. She stretches the bounds of space in her compositions through her perspectives of scenes, placing the focus onto the viewers themselves in relation to the subject(s) within the pieces.
Since 2022 Amrita has been supporting numerous artists and art organizations within the tristate area — from studio art to event coordination to administration — in order to study from and apply as many disciplines and perspectives as possible to evolve her own creative processes.
